bleh!
I'm not a happy girl!
Today is this first day of school for Zach,
(he's a PE teacher)
and I woke up to an empty bed.
Lame.
blah hle bleh bllaaaaaaah BLAH
it's just been one of those days.
I never did tell you how Warped Tour went.
Well, it was hot.
Like you'll get dizzy if you don't drink 8 bottles of $4 water kinda hot.
Between Zach and I,
we drank about 15 bottles of water at $4 each.
I don't want to do that math!
It was all worth it to see Lucero though.
I've never had a favorite band before.
But seriously, Lucero is just about the only thing I listen to now.
I'm obsessed.
I so badly want to talk to Ben Nichols,
but I puss out every time!
I was actually like 5 feet away from him,
he wasn't doing anything,
he actually looked like
"hey someone should come talk to me".
Zach pulled out his phone
and said let's get our pictures taken...
IT GOT TOO REAL
and I went into a panic...
a shaky knee, sweaty palm,
close to hysteria sort of panic attack.
I felt like I was going to cry!
I'm the worst fan ever.

That's so awesome that Zach is a gym teacher. =] I'm sorry he had to leave you though. =[ Is summer already almost over?!
ReplyDeleteI went to Warped Tour one time and got kicked in the head soooo hard by some douche crowd surfing at Story of the Year. I also got the worst sunburn of my life and had to drink multiple $4 bottles of water (which is so ridiculous and rude of those jerks to charge so much for WATER). Oh well, it was worth it.
And maybe one day you will gain the courage to talk to Ben. I bet he's a really cool guy. Just tell yourself that he's just another normal person, except with a really great voice. =]
I don't think I could just go up to someone famous and talk to them. I'd either A) clam up and not be able to say anything or B) turn into a huge gushing fangirl and completely humiliate myself.
ReplyDeleteit is so ridiculous that water is soo expensive at the warped tour! so awesome that you were able to suck it up to see your fave band! i don't know if i would...i'm a wuss in the heat!
ReplyDeletewhen we went to warped in 08 it was beyond hot. cause in texas, our temps rock the triple digits. yes it's a drought. glad you were so close to your man, i mean men, i mean wooooo hooooooo!
