Wow, what restraint you have. I would have reached through and strangled her about the 4th time! I've had people do similar stuff, but I stop responding if they start getting super annoying. I know it's business, but really why should we have to deal with 12 year olds, where are their parents?! lol XoXo
Ugh I've definitely dealt with customers like that :/ . It gets to the point where you almost don't care anymore if that crazy customer even ends up buying your product lol!
