I have become bored with you,

sorry, but it happens.

I no longer feel inspired to share

the things I create or the wonderful new things in my life.

I've grown bored of most of the blogs I follow,

I feel spammed every time I read them.

I'm really not interested in all your reviews and freebies you are receiving.

I'm not interested in the photos you found on weheartit,

especially when I have seen them three or four times before on other blogs.

Maybe the winter weather has gotten to me,

or maybe it is the lack of updates on the blogs I actually care about.

Maybe it's the busy holiday season,

whatever it is...

I may be back, I may not.

You can still email me or write to me the old fashioned way.

I've meet some really great people through this blog,

you know who you are,

we will not lose contact.

Shopping Pains

Hello readers, friends & cyber stalkers!

Lately I have been spending all my free time wrapping presents!

I'm glad Zach lets me do all the wrapping!

I think it is so much fun!

We got LOTS of snow.

Probably the most snow I have ever seen in Cherokee,

like 6+ inches!

Here are some pictures I took yesterday.

I am also in the middle of a fierce battle!

With the customer service dept over at Frye Boots.

Zach was a very sweet guy and bought me these lovely Frye Boots for Xmas.

They are very expensive ($300 yikes!)

so you expect them to be high quality right?

Well, they are all handmade and I guess that is why I got the effed up pair.

The universe must hate me or something.

When I first opened the box I was like eeee!

They were so pretty!

I threw my left boot on with ease,

but I just couldn't get my dang right foot in!

SO I pulled out my trusty tape measure

and realized that the shaft of the right boot

was over a 1/2 inch skinnier! Lame!

So I put the boots back in the box because

I knew I would have to return them for a new pair.

Then what do I see?

There is a huge gash in the leather!

Like over 2 inches long!

I read their website policy on returns,

and if I get an exchange they will charge Zach another $300

before they send the new pair!

It could take weeks to refund the original $300!

Since it was a gift,

I can't ask him to tie up so much money during the holidays.

So to make a long story short,

I spent 18 minutes on hold,

and then another 20 minutes talking in circles

repeating myself and being talked over.

I hate customer service reps!

I've been doing some online window shopping as well.

At the casino where I work,

they let us dress up for New Years!

The only stipulation is that we have to dress in black and white.

This is not a problem for me because I love to wear black,

but I have found some really pretty white dresses too.

Let me know what you think of these.

Anyone who comments modcloth will get punched in the face :)

I really like this dress, but it only comes in "one size"

This worries me because usually one size fits all type things

are always ill fitting or too big for me.

This dress is similar, but you have to fill in this weirdo form.

Apparently the distance between your nipples helps determine your dress size....

weird.

Then I came across this site.

The model is so skinny it's scary!

I love to add special touches to gifts!

Last year, I hand stamped ALL the gift wrap we used,

but this year I'm going to take a short cut and just stamp the tags :)

Pssssh! Spreading the hate!

I'm not a cold weather person.

In fact, cold weather not only makes me depressed,

but sometimes it even feels me with rage.

Today is a very cold day.

I just wanted to spread some hate,

so we can hate together :)

I hate Vera Bradley!

So every time I'm freezing my tush off today,

I'm going to go back to the thought of how much I hate Vera Bradley.
