My Environment

I'm outside in my yard right now

playing with Rufus and eating veggie chk'n nuggets

Yesterday, he had a near death experience though...

We've been taking Rufus to the river just about everyday.

He likes to play in the water and walk the trail.

He was sitting on this rock about 2 feet above the water.

We let him off his leash

and he slipped into the river trying to get a drink

I thought he was okay

until he got pushed under by some white water.

At first I thought it was funny that he fell in,

so I was trying to take a picture.

But, as soon as I got a picture he was pushed under.

you can't even see him!

He is getting to be a very heavy dog

& I am pretty small,

but I was able to pull him out after a few struggles.

He was gargly and coughy,

it was cute but it scared me.

I thought it would be a good idea to post some pictures

of where I live.

Cherokee is really beautiful if you know where to look.

This is my yard...

Okay now back to laying in the sun watching Zach wash his monster truck!
